Fare definition

Fare means the regular fare charged for:
Fare means the rate charged to a passenger in respect of a particular class of service offered by the Carrier.
Fare. The price paid by the Passenger for the transportation service and its applicable conditions. Fares are subject to utilization terms and conditions related to, among others, validity periods with regard to time, payment conditions, endorsement restrictions, refund provisions, utilization on certain flights, minimum or maximum stay at the place of destination, specific travel dates, penalties, rules for allowed baggage and other applicable conditions.

More Definitions of Fare

Fare has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Fare means the amount charged by the carrier for the carriage of a Passenger in respect of a particular class of domestic/international & transborder service offered but does not include any applicable fees, charges or surcharges.
Fare means the amount displayed on the taxicab meter at the conclusion of a trip, or the flat rate allowed under this By-law for the trip, together with any additional charges allowed under this By-law;
Fare means the total transportation charges and taxes for a ride including Any variable-price adjustment and excluding any gratuities;
Fare means: (a) the right, exercisable against one or more Train Operators, subject to any applicable rights or restrictions and the payment of the relevant price, to make one or more journeys on the network or to carry on such a journey an item of luggage or an animal (where this right does not arise under the relevant conditions of carriage except on the payment of a fee) and, where applicable, to obtain goods or services from a person; and (b) for the purposes only of Schedules 5.3 (Allocation of Fares to Fares Baskets) to 5.8 (Fares Regulation Information and Monitoring) (inclusive) and the definitions of Commuter Fare, Protected Fare, Return Fare, Single Fare, Protected Weekly Season Ticket, Protected Return Fare and paragraph (b) of the definition of Season Ticket Fare, a Fare as defined under paragraph (a) that is: (i) valid for a journey or journeys on the Passenger Services included in the Timetable or other railway passenger services which are required to be included in another relevant Train Operator's passenger timetable by the Secretary of State; (ii) sold under the Travelcard Agreement; (iii) a Cross London Ticket (as defined in the Through Ticketing (Non Travelcard) Agreement); or (iv) sold under the Pay As You Go Agreement utilising TTL Smartmedia as defined in that agreement;
Fare means the right, exercisable against one or more Operators (and, where applicable, another person or persons) subject to the rights and restrictions applicable to it and the payment of the relevant Price (less any applicable discount) either to: a) make one or more journeys on the Network (whether or not together with other rights); or b) to carry on such a journey an item of luggage or an animal, where this right does not arise (except on the payment of a fee ) under the National Rail conditions of Travel;
