Fan Web. An internet portal for Shareholder access.

Fan Web. Shareholder Internet access to account information and transaction capabilities. Internet service is connected directly to the fund group’s web site through a transparent hyperlink. Shareholders can access, among other information, account information and portfolio listings within a fund family, view transaction history, view, download, and print electronic statements, and purchase additional shares through the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”).

• Fan Web Services — These fees provide shareholders access to accounts via the internet.

• If the Trust on behalf of each Fund so elects, Fund Services shall provide the following services to each Fund that are further described and that may be subject to additional terms and conditions specified in Appendix A to this Schedule I as such may be amended from time to time: Internet Access (as of the date hereof, also known as Fan Web), Vision Electronic Statement Service, Chat and INFORMATM (Appendix A to this Schedule I) or the services described in the fee schedule in each applicable Exhibit.

• The following reimbursable expenses will be waived: federal wires, commission fees, Same Day Cash, Desktop, 12b-1 Processing, CDSC, Fiduciary Accounts, Networking Base Fee, Fan Mail, Fan Web, Vision, and TA2000 Voice (Touch-tone).
