For facilitating Prospective ▇▇▇▇▇▇/Adoptive Family Training (▇▇▇▇ classes), the County agrees to pay Contractor the sum of $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents) per session for each of the 10 (ten) sessions taught by Contractor that comprise the 10-week series of TIPS-▇▇▇▇ classes.
HSD and CYFD will expand and offer community-based, evidence-based, well-supported, and promising trauma-responsive services, which include mobile crisis response services, intensive case management, intensive home-based services, and trauma-based therapies including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST), trauma- informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Functional Family Training (FFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
Work collaboratively with the Resource Family Training Institute to ensure that the importance of educational services and advocacy for ▇▇▇▇▇▇ children is incorporated into initial and continuing education for ▇▇▇▇▇▇ parent or relative care givers.
The services included as budget line items are Assistive Technology; Audiology; Evaluation/Assessment; Family Training, Counseling and Home Visits; Health; Nursing; Nutrition; Occupational Therapy; Physical Therapy; Psychology; Service Coordination/Case Management; Social Work; Special Instruction; Speech Language Pathology; Transportation; and Vision.
The County will submit to the Youth and Family Training Institute (YFTI) on a monthly basis all required evaluation material, as required for the planning process, as completed by the 5th of the following month.
