Family Customer definition

Family Customer means a “Family Client” as defined in Rule 202(a)(11)(G)-1(d)(4) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. It includes, among others: • Current or former family members are all persons who are lineal descendants of one individual up to 10 generations removed, and their spouses or spousal equivalents. Examples: children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, adopted family members, stepchildren, xxxxxx children and any individual who was a minor when another family member became a legal guardian of that individual. • A father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in- law, sister-in-law, son-in-law or daughter- in-law of a Family Client, or a spouse or a spousal equivalent of any Family Client.

Refer to the specific program applications to determine if your business is eligible for that application. The Ameren Illinois incentive payments are awarded only to Eligible Customers for equipment that is owned by them and installed in the Ameren Illinois service area at the location that corresponds with the Ameren Illinois account number listed in the Application. All Eligible Customers are ultimately responsible for compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • Eligible Customer means:

  • Eligible customer-generator means a customer-generator whose net energy metering system for renewable resources, cogeneration, fuel cells, and microturbines meets all applicable safety and performance standards.
