Family allowance definition

Family allowance means the allowance prescribed in section 2403.
Family allowance means a deduction in the computation of a beneficiary’s liability for the needs of dependent family members who are residing with the non-LTSS spouse or guardian.
Family allowance means amounts payable to eligible survivors provided pursuant to Chapter 22 (commencing with Section 23800) after June 30, 1972.

Family allowance means a deduction in the computation of patient liability for the needs of dependent family members, described in paragraph (B)(9)(a) of this rule, who are residing with the community spouse. The family allowance, calculated separately for each family member, is one-third of the MMMNA standard, less the gross amount of the monthly income of the family member, then rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.
Family allowance means, in relation to the territory of the United Kingdom, child benefit or family allowances as defined in the legislation specified in Article 2(1)(b) 4 of this Convention, and, in relation to Austria, family allowance as defined in the legislation of Austria;
