Factory Test Certificate definition

Factory Test Certificate means a document submitted by the Vendor to the Owner and signed by an authorized representative of the Owner and an authorized officer of the Vendor stating that in accordance with the requirements of Exhibit B3 and this Contract the Vendor has successfully completed all factory tests on the PCS Products (of the type to be installed as part of the Initial System) in accordance with the requirements of Exhibit B3 and this Contract.
