Facility Improvements definition

Facility Improvements means, with respect to a Product, any improvements or changes (a) to the Manufacturing process used or services performed to Manufacture such Product that apply generally to all products Manufactured at the Manufacturing Facility and (b) that do not require updates to the regulatory dossiers for such Product or any other filings with any Regulatory Authority with respect to such Product.
Facility Improvements means those improvements to the MRF procured by Rockland Green in order to accommodate the Dual Stream Recyclables Processing System. Facility Improvements include (i) Contract No. 2 - General Construction, (i) Contract No. 3 - Mechanical/HVAC Work (covered by this Contract), (iii) Contract No. 4 - Plumbing Work, (iv) Contract No. 5 - Electrical Work, and (v) Contract No. 6 - a Fire Protection System.
Facility Improvements means new tangible assets and improvements to existing tangible assets which Gevo deems necessary to ensure that the Facility performs at full ethanol production capacity, together with all tangible assets related to the Retrofit.

  • With respect to Construction/Rehab funding requests, basic procedures and requirements are found in PRH Chapter 5, Section 5.10 (Facility Improvements), Requirement 4 (Emergency Repairs and Requirements).

More Definitions of Facility Improvements

Facility Improvements shall be as defined in Section 2.1(d).
Facility Improvements shall have the meaning described in Section 3(c) below.
Facility Improvements means the public improvements and infrastructure facilities for the Property as further described on Exhibit C attached hereto.
Facility Improvements means all costs expended by Company for the Facility, excluding demolition costs but including design, construction and other expenditures arising directly to Company for improvements, equipment, infrastructure, access, technology and related services for use at the Facility as well as Company’s Lease or Use costs at a Facility.
Facility Improvements means “Improvements” as defined in the Facility Lease Agreements as in effect on the date hereof.
Facility Improvements means the “Facility Improvements”, as defined in Appendix A to the Existing Participation Agreement.
Facility Improvements or “Improvements” means the cabins, manager’s lodge, bathhouse, kitchen, dining lodge, museum, and related water system, related wastewater system, and access roads, the general grounds, and any additions thereto, and any adjacent land and/or structures temporarily used in connection with the Facility activities.
