Facility Guaranty definition

Facility Guaranty means each Guaranty Agreement between one or more Guarantors and the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, delivered as of the Closing Date and otherwise pursuant to Section 7.18, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented.

Facility Guaranty means the Guaranty made by the Guarantors in favor of the Agents and the Lenders, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Facility Guaranty means the Guaranty made by the Guarantors in favor of the Agent and the other Credit Parties, in form reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Examples of Facility Guaranty in a sentence

• The Guarantors hereby acknowledge, confirm and agree that the Guaranteed Obligations of the Guarantors under, and as defined in, the Facility Guaranty include, without limitation, all Obligations of the Loan Parties at any time and from time to time outstanding under the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as such Obligations have been amended pursuant to this Amendment.

More Definitions of Facility Guaranty

Facility Guaranty means any Guarantee made by a Guarantor in favor of the Agent and the other Credit Parties, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, as may be amended, modified, supplemented, renewed, restated or replaced.
