Facility G definition

Facility G means the loan facility made available under the 2017 Facilities Agreement as described in paragraph (h) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).
Facility G means the Rand-denominated bullet facility in an aggregate amount equal to R768,975,000.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c)(ii).

  • Facility A Commitment means, with respect to any Lender, the principal amount set out beside such Lender's name in Schedule V with reference to Facility A, as amended from time to time, and to the extent not cancelled or terminated hereunder.

  • Revolving Facilities means collectively the Initial Revolving Facility and each New Revolving Facility and “Revolving Facility” means any such facility individually.
