Facility Data means PHI and non-PHI, disclosed or made available by or on behalf of Covered Entity to Business Associate, and shall include derivatives thereof created by Business Associate or his/her/its agents.
Facility Data means any data that Facility or its Authorized Users submit to the Platform, including any data concerning any orders.
