Facility Charges definition

Facility Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b)(i).
Facility Charges means that portion of a KPS Pharmacy’s charges for Pharmaceutical Services and/or Consulting Pharmacy Services provided to a Kindred Facility and its residents for which such Kindred Facility is liable from time to time pursuant to its Facility Pharmacy Agreement.
Facility Charges means tolls, rents, rates, fees or other charges in connection with or for the use of services of the public facility or other property owned or controlled by the authority.

Examples of Facility Charges in a sentence

  • If CLEC chooses to provision facilities over an existing facility purchased as special Access Service from the CenturyLink state or FCC access Tariffs, the rates from those Tariffs will apply instead of Local Interconnection Entrance Facility charges from Table 1.

  • Facility charges for outpatient surgery, diagnostic x-ray and lab, therapeutic x-ray, and specified imaging (such as MRI, CT, CAT and PET scans).

  • This includes all Provider and/or Facility charges related to the delivery.

Facility Charges. The City is not charging Users the following amounts, based on standard applicable fees:  March 19: 8am – 12:00am: $2,560;  March 20 – 27 (8 days), Phase 1 of 24/7: $3,840 per day;  Starting March 28, Phase 2 of 24/7 (adding use of Eagle Rooms): $5,400 per day;  Starting April 27, Phase 3 of 24/7 (adding use of upstairs exercise rooms): $7,008 per day.
Facility Charges shall have the meaning as ascribed thereto in clause No. 6.1(b)(ii) herein below.

Related to Facility Charges

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Penalty Charges means any amounts collected from the Borrower that represent default charges, penalty charges, late fees and/or default interest, but excluding any yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium.

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Facility Fees has the meaning provided in Section 2.11(a).

  • Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.

  • Debt charges means the principal, including any mandatory sinking fund deposits and mandatory redemption payments, interest, and any redemption premium, payable on securities as those payments come due and are payable. The use of "debt charges" for this purpose does not imply that any particular securities constitute debt within the meaning of the Ohio Constitution or other laws.

  • Administrative Charge means, with respect to any Lease, any payment (whether or not part of the fixed monthly payment) payable to the related Lessor representing a disposition fee, a late payment fee, an Extension Fee, an allocation to the related Lessee of insurance premiums, sales, personal property or excise taxes or any other similar charge.

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Payment Date Advance Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(a)(iii)(A) of the 20[•]-[•] Servicing Supplement.

  • Financing Costs means for each calendar day the product of:

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,
