Facility Capacity definition

Facility Capacity means the maximum Capacity of the Facility, expressed in MW, when operated consistent with the manufacturer’s recommended power factor and operating parameters, as set forth in Exhibit A.
Facility Capacity means, with respect to the Facility, the sum of the Final Test Results of all of the Blocks, pursuant to the provisions of Exhibit 16A.
Facility Capacity means the maximum potential amount of electricity that a Facility can produce, measured at the delivery point, measured in kilowatts or Megawatts (AC).

Examples of Facility Capacity in a sentence

  • Seller intends to develop, construct, own, operate and maintain a natural gas fueled, combined cycle electric generation facility [consisting of [ ● ] combustion turbines -- insert further description] for the generation of electric energy located in [township/range], [ ] County, [State], whose initial Facility Capacity shall be [525] MW (as more fully described in Exhibit A, the “Facility”).

  • As soon as practicable, if the Forced Outage resulted in more than five percent (5%) of the Facility Capacity being unavailable, the oral report shall be confirmed in writing.

  • Pursuant to the Interconnection Agreement, Seller shall be responsible for the costs and expenses associated with interconnection of the Facility at its Facility Capacity at the Electricity Delivery Point, including the costs of any System upgrades beyond the Electricity Delivery Point necessary to interconnect the Facility with System and to allow the delivery of energy to the Electricity Delivery Point.

  • The foregoing estimates by Buyer shall not be construed to permit Seller to limit the availability of the Facility such that Buyer is restricted from Dispatching Contract Capacity unless the Facility Capacity is physically unavailable due to Force Majeure, Planned Outage or Unplanned Outage, as the case may be.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Seller will inform Buyer of any major limitations, restrictions, deratings or outages known to Seller affecting the Facility for the following day and will promptly update Seller’s notice to the extent of any material changes in this information, with “major” defined as affecting more than five percent (5%) of the Facility Capacity.


More Definitions of Facility Capacity

Facility Capacity the actual total net MW capability of the Facility measured at the Electric Delivery Point (excluding the incremental capacity associated with power augmentation in the event that power augmentation is implemented at the Facility pursuant to Section 3.3 of this Agreement) when operating on Natural Gas in Combined Cycle Mode at 92(degree) Fahrenheit ambient air temperature as established during Initial Start-Up Testing of the Facility and as demonstrated pursuant to Section 9.6 and as adjusted accordingly.
Facility Capacity means the sum of the individual capacities of all boilers or process heaters operating at the same location, facility or complex burning the same fuel, or as determined by the district director;
Facility Capacity means, with respect to the Facility, the Final Test Results pursuant to the Capacity Test.
Facility Capacity as used herein shall include but shall not be limited to, engineers, skilled and unskilled workmen, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment and facilities.
Facility Capacity has the meaning specified in the Power Purchase Agreement.
Facility Capacity means approximately 488,660 MMBtu per day of Gas.
