Facility Cap means, at all times, Thirteen Million Dollars ($13,000,000) as such amount may be terminated or reduced from time to time in accordance with Section 9.1 of this Agreement.
Facility Cap shall have the meaning given such term in the recitals of this Agreement as subject to adjustment by Agent as provided in Section 9.1(a) hereof.
