Facility A Termination Date definition

Facility A Termination Date means, at any time, the last day of the Facility A Availability Period.

Facility A Termination Date means May 26, 2009, or such later date, if any, to which the Facility A Termination Date may be extended pursuant to Section 2.26, subject, however, to earlier termination in whole of the Aggregate Facility A Commitment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Facility A Termination Date means, subject to Clause 7.6 (Extension Option), 31 August 2026.

• The Facility A Commitments to lend hereunder shall expire on the Facility A Termination Date.

• Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Borrower may borrow, repay and reborrow under Facility A at any time prior to the Facility A Termination Date.

More Definitions of Facility A Termination Date

Facility A Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (i) December 15, 2002 or (ii) the date that the Commitments are sooner terminated pursuant to Sections 2.03(b) or 10.02.
