Facility A Maturity Date definition

Facility A Maturity Date means the Facility A Termination Date.

Facility A Maturity Date set forth in Section 11 of Annex 2 to the Loan Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:

• Subject to the terms and conditions hereof and provided that no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing (without having been cured or waived as provided in this Agreement) and during the period from the date of this Agreement until 30 days prior to the Facility A Maturity Date, the Canadian Borrower may request the issuance of Facility A Letters of Credit in accordance with ARTICLE 11.

• The Put Option may be exercised one time by the Warrantholder at its sole discretion in relation to any Warrant on and at any time after the occurrence of an Event (including, for the avoidance of doubt, at any time after the Facility A Maturity Date).

• The Facility A Maturity Date is hereby extended to June 30, 2018.

• The Company shall repay the outstanding aggregate Facility A Loans in full on the Final Facility A Maturity Date.

More Definitions of Facility A Maturity Date

Facility A Maturity Date means the date upon which the outstanding principal amount of the Facility A Notes, all accrued and unpaid interest thereon, and all other Facility A Obligations become due and payable, whether as a result of the occurrence of the stated maturity date or the acceleration of maturity pursuant to the terms of any of the Loan Documents.

Facility A Maturity Date means November 2, 2002, or the earlier date of ------------------------ termination in whole of the Facility A Commitment pursuant to Section 2.6 or 8.2 ----------- --- hereof.

Facility A Maturity Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.A.
