Facility A Credit Agreement that certain Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement of even date herewith among the Borrower, the Facility A Lenders, BOA as administrative agent, LCPI as syndication agent and documentation agent, LCPI and Banc of America Securities LLC as arrangers and certain financial institutions named as co-agents, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
