Facility A Availability Period definition

Facility A Availability Period means the period from and including the date of this Agreement to and including the date which is one (1) Month after the date of this Agreement.

Facility A Availability Period means the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and ending on September 27, 2026.

Facility A Availability Period means the period from and including the Signing Date up to and including the Facility A Final Maturity Date or such earlier date on which the Total Facility A Commitments have been cancelled in full or such later date as all the Lenders may agree in writing.

Facility A Availability Period means the period commencing on the date on which all the conditions precedent set out in clause 3.1 and Part 1 of Schedule 3 are satisfied and ending on the earliest to occur of:
