Facilities Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(b) hereof.

More Definitions of Facilities Records

Facilities Records means all files and records pertaining to the residents and employees of the Facilities which are located at the Facilities on the Closing Date.
Facilities Records means all records, books and accounts, vouchers, statements, receipts, invoices, plans, specifications, permits, approvals, contracts and other documents relating to the ownership, management or operation of the Facilities or otherwise relating to performance by the Manager of its services with respect to the Facilities hereunder.
