Facilities Component definition

Facilities Component means an entire building, or a portion thereof, including any related auxiliary buildings and other structures, together with the Real Property associated therewith, or portion thereof, on which such building is located.
Facilities Component means a municipal facility, together with the Real Property, or portion thereof, on which such facility is located.
Facilities Component means an entire facility, or a portion of a facility or a portion of the Project Facilities that can be operated separately from the remainder of such facility, including any related auxiliary buildings and other structures, together with the Project Facilities Real Property, or portion thereof, on which such building is located.

Facilities Component means an entire portion of the 2019 Facilities or an entire facility, including the main building or buildings and any related auxiliary buildings (and any furnishings and equipment located therein) together with the portion of the 2019 Real Property on which such facility is located.
Facilities Component means an entire school or other facility including the main building or buildings and any related auxiliary buildings (and any furnishings and equipment located therein) comprising the 2005 Projects and the Conveyed Improvements together with the portion of the 2013 Real Property on which such school or other facility is located.

Related to Facilities Component

  • Facilities Study shall be an engineering study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) to: (1) determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System necessary to implement the conclusions of the System Impact Study; and (2) complete any additional studies or analyses documented in the System Impact Study or required by PJM Manuals, and determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System based on the conclusions of such additional studies. The Facilities Study shall include the cost and scheduled completion date for such modifications, that will be required to provide the requested transmission service or to accommodate a New Service Request. As used in the Interconnection Service Agreement or Construction Service Agreement, Facilities Study shall mean that certain Facilities Study conducted by Transmission Provider (or at its direction) to determine the design and specification of the Customer Funded Upgrades necessary to accommodate the New Service Customer’s New Service Request in accordance with Tariff, Part VI, section 207.   • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.
