Facebook Data definition

Facebook Data means all data or information (including, without limitation, data or information received from or about Facebook Users) you or any of your Affiliates receive or received directly from or through Facebook (including, without limitation, any data or information that you or any of your Affiliates knowingly receive or received directly from a third party that received, directly, such data or information from or through Facebook), or any data or information derived therefrom (including, without limitation, data or information that can be reversed engineered to data or information that you received from or through Facebook). By way of example only, and without limitation, a friend list that originated from or through [*] CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT, MARKED BY BRACKETS, HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO RULE 406 OF THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, AS AMENDED. Facebook would constitute Facebook Data and your use of such friend list would result in all Zynga Services containing, incorporating, or utilizing such Facebook Data being a Covered Zynga Service. For purposes of clarity and illustration (but without limitation), the utilization, incorporation or containment of the following game-derived data for a user in a Zynga Service would not constitute Facebook Data and would not, in and of itself, cause such Zynga Service to be deemed a Covered Zynga Service: such user’s experience points with you, any of your virtual goods purchased by such user, and the game level achieved by such user in your game.
Facebook Data means any and all data and information received, stored, collected, derived, generated, or otherwise obtained or accessed by Vendor in connection with this Agreement, performance of the Services, or if applicable, access to any Facebook properties, sites or any Systems (defined below) regarding any aspect of Facebook’s business, including all personally identifiable information and all other data or information (which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes all personal data within the meaning of Directive 95/46/EC (“Personal Data”)) provided by or on behalf of any Facebook user, advertiser, business partner or content provider, and other information such as system procedures, employment practices, finances, inventions, business methodologies, trade secrets, copyrightable and patentable subject matter including without limitation information which Facebook inputs, or provides to Vendor for inputting, into the Product.
Facebook Data means any and all data and information received, stored, collected or otherwise obtained or accessed by or made available to Company in connection with this Agreement, performance of this Agreement, access to any Sites (defined below) or any Systems (defined below) regarding any aspect of Facebook’s business, including all personally identifiable information and all other data or information concerning or provided by or on behalf of any Facebook employee, User, business partner or content provider, and other information such as system procedures, employment practices, finances, inventions, business methodologies, trade secrets, copyrightable and patentable subject matter.

Examples of Facebook Data in a sentence

  • Company hereby disclaims any right or interest whatsoever in the Facebook Data and agrees not to contest Facebook’s rights therein.

  • Company acknowledges and agrees that: (i) Facebook owns all information concerning the Users, (ii) Facebook maintains User information derived from sources other than Company, and (iii) Facebook owns any and all information collected by Company and/or Facebook from Users, whether or not Company has derived or maintains identical information or has or asserts any rights therein; all of the foregoing listed in (i) through (iii) are included in the meaning of Facebook Data.

  • Advisor will comply with: (A) all provisions of applicable laws and government regulations pertaining to the privacy and security of Facebook Data and Confidential Information, including but not limited to, California employee data privacy laws and EU data protection law (including GDPR) and the regulations and national laws promulgated thereunder; and (B) all Facebook policies.

  • Notwithstanding the above, all Facebook Data and all technical and non-technical information concerning or related to Facebook’s products, services, online properties (including the discovery, invention, research, improvement, development, marketing, or sale thereof), financial data and models, business and marketing plans and any information related to the foregoing constitutes the Confidential Information and property of Facebook.

  • Such safeguards shall include, without limitation, an information security program that meets the highest standards of best industry practice to safeguard Facebook Data.

  • Vendor will notify Facebook immediately following discovery of any suspected breach or compromise of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of any Facebook Data.

  • Advisor agrees to keep complete and accurate records of (such as notebooks, drawings, sketches, program listings, and the like) and disclose and describe in confidence promptly to Facebook and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Facebook shall retain sole and exclusive ownership of all right, title and interest to all Deliverables, Intellectual Property, Facebook Properties, Confidential Information of Facebook (including Facebook Data), Facebook Sites, and Facebook Systems.

  • As between Vendor and Facebook, Facebook owns all right, title and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to any Facebook software, Systems (as defined below), data (including Facebook Data (as defined below)), Confidential Information (as defined below) or other materials provided by Facebook to Vendor or otherwise accessed by Vendor in connection with this Agreement.

  • Vendor agrees not to utilize any Facebook Data unless it is necessary to do so in order to fulfill an obligation under this Agreement and will not sell, disclose, transfer, share or rent any Facebook Data.

  • Open Book Data means complete and accurate financial and non-financial information which is sufficient to enable the Customer to verify the Call Off Contract Charges already paid or payable and Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be paid during the remainder of this Call Off Contract, including details and all assumptions relating to: the Supplier’s Costs broken down against each Good and/or Service and/or Deliverable, including actual capital expenditure (including capital replacement costs) and the unit cost and total actual costs of all hardware and software; operating expenditure relating to the provision of the Services including an analysis showing: the unit costs and quantity of goods and any other consumables and bought-in services; manpower resources broken down into the number and grade/role of all Supplier Personnel (free of any contingency) together with a list of agreed rates against each manpower grade; a list of Costs underpinning those rates for each manpower grade, being the agreed rate less the Supplier’s Profit Margin; and Overheads; all interest, expenses and any other third party financing costs incurred in relation to the provision of the Services; the Supplier Profit achieved over the Call Off Contract Period and on an annual basis; confirmation that all methods of Cost apportionment and Overhead allocation are consistent with and not more onerous than such methods applied generally by the Supplier; an explanation of the type and value of risk and contingencies associated with the provision of the Services, including the amount of money attributed to each risk and/or contingency; and the actual Costs profile for each Service Period.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • User Information means User Compliance Information and User Financial Information.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Data means recorded information, regardless of form, the media on which it is recorded, or the method of recording.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.
