FAA Filed Documents definition

FAA Filed Documents means the Lease, Lease Supplement No. 1, the Trust Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the initial Trust Indenture Supplement, the FAA Xxxx of Sale and an application for registration of the Aircraft with the FAA in the name of Owner Trustee.
FAA Filed Documents means the FAA Xxxx of Sale, an application for registration of the Aircraft with the FAA in the name of Owner, the Trust Indenture and the initial Trust Indenture Supplement.
FAA Filed Documents means the C Mortgage and any C Mortgage Supplement thereto.
