FAA Filed Documents definition

FAA Filed Documents means the Lease, Lease Supplement No. 1, the Trust Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the initial Trust Indenture Supplement, the FAA Xxxx of Sale and an application for registration of the Aircraft with the FAA in the name of Owner Trustee.

FAA Filed Documents means the FAA Xxxx of Sale, an application for registration of the Aircraft with the FAA in the name of Owner, the Trust Indenture and the initial Trust Indenture Supplement.

FAA Filed Documents means the C Mortgage and any C Mortgage Supplement thereto.

• Except for the filing of UCC-1 financing statements and the filing and due recording of the FAA Filed Documents, no further action, including any filing or recording of any document (including any financing statement in respect thereof under Article 9 of the UCC) is necessary in order to establish and perfect the Collateral Agent’s security interest in the Collateral under each Mortgage, as against any other person, in each case, in any applicable jurisdictions in the United States.

• On the Closing Date, after giving effect to the filing of the FAA Filed Documents, the filing of the Financing Statements and the registration of the International Interest (or Prospective International Interest) of the Mortgagee in the Airframe and each Engine with the International Registry, Mortgagee shall have received a duly perfected first priority security interest in all of Owner’s right, title and interest in the Aircraft, subject only to Permitted Liens.

• Except for (i) the filing for recordation (and recordation) with the FAA of the FAA Filed Documents with respect to the Pledged Spare Parts located at the Designated Locations, and (ii) the filing of the Financing Statements (and continuation statements relating thereto at periodic intervals) with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware (UCC Division) with respect to the Collateral, no further action, including any filing or recording of any ** Confidential Treatment Requested.

FAA Filed Documents means the FAA Bill of Sale, an application for registration of the Aircraft with the FAA in the name of Owner, the Trust Indenture and the initial Trust Indenture Supplement.
