Examples of F orce Majeure in a sentence
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any delay or failure in performing its obligations under the Order or these Terms to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, without such party's fault or negligence, that could not have been foreseen or avoided (each, a "F orce Majeure Event").
The provisions of subsections (b) and (d) of this Section are subject to the following limitation: if by reason of F orce Majeure the YMCA is unable in whole or in part to carry out any of its agreements contained herein (other than its obligations contained in Article VII), the YMCA shall not be deemed in default during the continuance of such inability.
