Without limiting any other rights or obligations of the parties hereunder, if the Supplier will be unable to deliver the goods by the delivery date(s) stipulated in this Purchase Order, the Supplier shall (i) immediately consult with UNDP to determine the most expeditious means for delivering the goods and (ii) use an expedited means of delivery, at the Supplier's cost (unless the delay is due to F orce Majeure), if reasonably so requested by UNDP.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, in the event the vendor’s performance of its obligations under this contract is delayed or stopped by a F orce Majeure event, BISD shall have the option to terminate this contract in accordance with the “Remedies” section of this General Terms and Conditions document.
