Extraordinary Calculation Date definition

Extraordinary Calculation Date means any day (other than a Quarterly Financial Period End Date) on which the Common Equity Tier 1 Capital of Nykredit Realkredit and/or the Nykredit Realkredit Group and/or the Nykredit Group is calculated upon the instruction of the Relevant Regulator;
Extraordinary Calculation Date means any Business Day (other than a Quarterly Financial Period End Date) on which the Fully Loaded CET1 Ratio is calculated upon the instruction of the PRA or at the Company’s discretion.
Extraordinary Calculation Date means any day (other than a Quarterly Financial Period End Date) on which the CET1 Ratio is calculated upon the instruction of the Lead Regulator.

  • If a Capital Adequacy Trigger Event has occurred, then the Automatic Conversion shall occur without delay, but no later than one (1) month following either (i) the Ordinary Reporting Date, if a Capital Adequacy Trigger Event has occurred as of a Quarterly Financial Period End Date, or (ii) the Extraordinary Calculation Date, if a Capital Adequacy Trigger Event has occurred as of such date (such date, the “Conversion Date”).

  • FX Calculation Date means each day on which FX is published by the Fixing Sponsor. "FX Call Event" means each of the following events:
