Extraordinary Administration definition

Extraordinary Administration means a temporary regime in which the performance of some of the activities of the User of the MyCOMPANY Module or the JA PARTNER Module resulting from the purpose of the aforementioned Modules is taken over either by the Provider or by a Related Party authorised by the Provider in order to ensure proper provision of Services to entities whose Accounts are linked to the aforementioned Modules of the User for whom one of the reasons for the introduction of the Extraordinary Administration has arisen, and to ensure the specified Cloud JABLOTRON support by the Users of the Modules;the reasons for introduction, rules, terms and conditions and the course of Extraordinary Administration are regulated in more detail in a separate document available in the repository in the Account;
