Extra Charges definition

Extra Charges mean either a one-off or recurring charge that may be levied on Customer for matters specified in the applicable Service Schedule which are in addition to the Charges;
Extra Charges means the extra charges payable in consideration for the additional services and amenities requested by you, as set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.
Extra Charges means the extra amounts to be paid by and/or the reimbursements to be made by the Allottee to the Owner and/or to the Other Entities (each together with the applicable Taxes) towards any extra charges, generator charges together with the charges and expenses allied/related thereto, charges towards electrical infrastructure, charges/fees towards/in lieu of having sanctioned any deviations in the construction from the sanctioned plan(s) as stipulated in the relevant statute governing the same, legal fees, legal expenses, stamp duty, registration fees etc., each as determined by the Owner at its sole and absolute discretion including but not limited to the amounts, expenses etc. stipulated in Part - II of the Eighth Schedule hereunder written.

Invoice: Seller is to render invoices as instructed on the face of this purchase order, or follow the provisions previously agreed to between University and Seller. Invoices must reference University’s purchase order number. If an invoice does not clearly and conspicuously reference this purchase order number, University shall not be held responsible for any late payment to Seller and shall not be subject to any late payment penalties. University may pay by check, ACH, EFT, or CC, and University also highly encourages its personnel to use University's "P" card in accordance with University policy. Termination for Convenience: University may terminate this purchase order, in whole or in part, with or without cause at any time for convenience upon thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice to Seller. If University terminates for convenience, University shall compensate Seller for all authorized and accepted goods or services completed through the date of termination, and University shall be relieved of all future obligations. University may withhold all payments to Seller for such work until such time as University determines the exact amount due to Seller.

"Health Center Admission Agreement" refers to that agreement entered into between SRSC and the Resident prior to admission to the Health Center that outlines the service obligations to be provided in the specially designated rehabilitative care and nursing care area of the Health Center. "Health Center Care Ser- vices" refers to the scope of services that may be provided in the Health Center, including assisted living care, memory care, rehabilitative care and nursing care.
