External Walls definition

External Walls. The external walls of the Development or any part thereof including but not limited to curtain walls (including the openable and non-openable windows therein), architectural features, parapet walls (other than those between Units), and the windows and window frames of the Common Areas but excluding the internal surface of the concrete walls facing the Units, the glass balustrade and metal fences of the Non- enclosed Area and flat roofs pertaining to the respective Units or their replacement, the windows, window frames and sealant around window frames of the Units. "Fire Safety Management Plan" The fire safety management plan and measures relating to the Residential Units with open kitchen required to be implemented by the Buildings Department and more particularly set out in the Sixth Schedule hereto and any addition or variation thereto from time to time in accordance with the then relevant requirement of the Buildings Department, the Fire Services Department and any other relevant Government authority.
External Walls means an outer wall of a building not being partition wall eventhough adjoining to a wall of another building and also means a wall abutting on an interior open space of any building.
External Walls. The external wall(s) of the Development (whether they are concrete walls or curtain walls) or any part thereof including curtain walls (except the openable windows (consisting of the glass panel, the whole of the window sash, hinges, locksets and/or handles and sealant around the window sash) of the Flats), architectural features, parapet walls, the curbs of the Non-enclosed Areas, the reinforced concrete parapet walls on the Roof Floor between the flat roof forming part of the Residential Common Areas and the roofs forming parts of the Flats and the windows and window frames of the Common Areas, but excluding the Signage Area(s), the internal surface of the concrete walls facing the Flats, doors to the Flats and the glass parapets/balustrade/fences of the Non-enclosed Areas, the glass parapets/balustrade/fences of the flat roofs and roofs of the Flats and the finishes of the internal surfaces of the said reinforced concrete parapet walls facing the said roofs forming parts of the Flats.
