External Transfer Service definition

External Transfer Service means the Service that permits you to transfer money between your eligible BMO Xxxxxx Accounts and your eligible accounts at other U.S. financial institutions. Face ID is an Apple secure authentication which uses biometric facial recognition available on select Apple devices. This technology allows users to use their face to unlock their Apple device instead of using a passcode.
External Transfer Service means the services described in Schedule A to this Agreement, which allow you to transfer funds from one or more of your accounts with us to accounts you may have with other financial institutions.
External Transfer Service is the Service offered by the Bank pursuant to this Addendum, enabled upon Enrollment, through which you can initiate certain external funds transfers through ACH, to or from one or more External Accounts, with certain limitations.

  • You may cancel a transfer at any time until it begins processing (as shown in the External Transfer Service).

  • Your enrollment in the External Transfer Service may not be fulfilled if we cannot verify your identity or other necessary information.

  • Any applicable fees will be charged regardless of whether the External Transfer Service was used, except for fees that are specifically use-based.

  • You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your use of the External Transfer Service.

  • You agree to pay such charges and authorize us to deduct the calculated amount from the applicable Eligible Transaction Account you hold with us or the Account that is debited for the funds transfer, depending on how such charges are described in the user interface for the External Transfer Service.

  • Use-based fees for the External Transfer Service will be charged against the Account that is debited for the funds transfer.

  • In using the External Transfer Service, you are requesting that we or our Service Provider attempt to make payments for you from your Eligible Transaction Account.

  • You may not copy, imitate, or use any of the above without our prior written consent, which we may withhold in our sole discretion, and you may not use them in a manner that is disparaging to us or the External Transfer Service or display them in any manner that implies our sponsorship or endorsement.

  • You agree that we may terminate or suspend your use of the External Transfer Service at any time and for any reason or no reason.

  • We may verify the account(s) you add to the External Transfer Service.


More Definitions of External Transfer Service

External Transfer Service means the funds transfer service whereby you may transfer funds between an eligible Service Account and an eligible account you maintain with a participating third party financial institution as described in and provided under the terms of this Agreement.
External Transfer Service means the electronic service that allows Accountholder to transfer funds between the Accountholder's Account at Great Southern Bank and an External Account.

  • Coordinated External Transaction means a transaction to simultaneously purchase and sell energy on either side of a CTS Enabled Interface in accordance with the procedures of Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.13, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix.

This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Internal Distribution has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • External dose means that portion of the dose equivalent received from any source of radiation outside the body.
