External Systems definition

External Systems means all services which are provided to Company by third parties and which are dependent on information technology, including, but not limited to, any external payroll, accounting, or tax filing services or any checking, savings, or other financial services.
External Systems means systems which shall be connected to and interoperate with the Hardware Configuration on which the Software Product is executed. The External Systems and the interfaces to the External Systems are as specified in the Functional Specification Schedule 2.
External Systems means any and all systems connected to and integrated with the Production System.
