External Data definition

External Data means information obtained by GNOSIS, excluding Customer Data, from publicly available sources or its third-party information providers and made available to Customer through and for the use of GNOSIS’ Services.
External Data means data (excluding Confidential Business Data) whether owned by you, us or a third party, that is entered into the Service by you, or provided as part of the Service by us or via a live subscription to a data feed provided by a third party. External Data is generally displayed by the Service alongside Confidential Business Data, Anonymous Segregated Business Data and/or Anonymous Aggregated Business Data for comparison purposes;
External Data means such information and documents as are obtained from third parties with respect to the financial product, such as appraisals, address information, credit-rating information and excerpts from the commercial register in accordance with the provision of item 17 below.

  • If Customer receives notice that External Data or a Non-GNOSIS Application must be removed, modified and/or disabled to avoid violating applicable law, third-party rights, or similar policies, Customer will promptly do so within thirty (30) days.

  • Customer will not permit any Authorized User to access or use any Service or External Data in a U.S.-embargoed country or region (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or Crimea) or in violation of any U.S. export law or regulation.

  • The Services, External Data, other GNOSIS technology, and derivatives thereof may be subject to export laws and regulations of the United States and other jurisdictions.

External Data means the data of any of Interfaced Systems, exported from or migrated or imported into the Solution by an Interface or as part of Implementation Services.
