External Address definition

External Address means an Address that is not associated with any System Wallet. Fiat or Fiat Currency means currency which a government has declared to be legal tender which is not backed by a physical commodity. Final Settlement means the settlement obligation owed to/by a Participant due to the maturity, exercise, unwind or termination of a Transaction. It is a Fiat Currency or Digital Asset amount that must be paid to/from a Participant to fully close out all obligations due to the particular Transaction.

Examples of External Address in a sentence

  • Participant may withdraw any Participant Digital Asset by issuing a Proper Instruction to Zero Hash to transfer the Participant Digital Asset from an Address associated with a System Wallet to an External Address (each, a “Withdrawn Digital Asset”).
