External Account Provider definition

External Account Provider means one of the following:
External Account Provider means one of the following: another Canadian financial institution; an Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada registrant; a card issuer; or an entity that is eligible for membership with Payments Canada;

  • Collection Account Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Collection Accounts.

  • Data Providers means pricing vendors, analytics providers, brokers, dealers, investment managers, Authorized Persons, Subcustodians, Depositories and any other Person providing Market Data to the Custodian.

  • Blocked Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3 hereof.

  • Control Account Agreement means any tri-party agreement by and among a Loan Party, the Administrative Agent and a depositary bank or securities intermediary at which such Loan Party maintains a Controlled Account, in each case in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Collateral Account Bank a bank which at all times is a Collateral Agent or a Lender or an affiliate thereof as selected by the relevant Grantor and consented to in writing by the Collateral Agent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

  • Lockbox Account Agreement means any replacement agreement therefor among the Servicer, the Trust Collateral Agent and the Lockbox Bank.

  • Collection Account Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI among Originator, Seller, the Agent and a Collection Bank.
