Exterion Media definition

Exterion Media means either Exterion Media (UK) Limited a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 02866133, VAT number GB 649 417 019 and whose registered office is at 28 Jamestown Road, Camden Wharf, London, NW1 7BY or Exterion Media Metro Services (UK) Limited a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 08604811, VAT number GB 167 4935 69 and whose registered office is at 28 Jamestown Road, Camden Wharf, London, NW1 7BY, as may be stated on the Purchase Order.
Exterion Media means Exterion Media (UK) Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 02866133 whose registered office is at 7th Floor, Lacon London, 84 Xxxxxxxx’x Xxxx, Xxxxxx, XX0X 0XX or its successors in title;
Exterion Media means Exterion Media (Ireland) Limited a company registered in Ireland number 229110, VAT number 822911D and whose registered office is at 25-28 Adelaide Road, Dublin 2;

Examples of Exterion Media in a sentence

  • The Supplier may not assign the Contract or any part of it without the prior written consent of Exterion Media.

  • The Supplier shall repay to Exterion Media any advance payments made in respect of any Services which have not been undertaken or Products that have not been delivered at the date of termination.

  • The Supplier indemnifies, and shall keep indemnified, Exterion Media from and against all judgments, orders, damages, costs, losses and expenses arising from any alleged or actual infringement of any such right.

  • Exterion Media may reject the Products or Services at a later date if a latent defect becomes apparent.

  • The Supplier shall pay Exterion Media all amounts due under the indemnities set out in this clause 7 promptly on receipt of written notice from Exterion Media.

  • Exterion Media shall have the right to reject the Products and/or Services or any part thereof if the Products and/or Services are not supplied in accordance with the Purchase Order.

  • Exterion Media reserves the right to defer the date of delivery or payment or to cancel the Purchase Order or reduce the volume of the Products and/or Services ordered if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  • Service Media means central heating and hot water systems, electrical services for power and lighting, drainage and water services, and any data or phone services provided;
