Extension Request Date definition

Extension Request Date has the meaning provided in Section 2.16(a).

Extension Request Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.26.

More Definitions of Extension Request Date

Extension Request Date has the meaning specified in SECTION 2.18.

Extension Request Date. With respect to the Seller's right to request an extension of the Facility Termination Date occurring in 2006 pursuant to Section 2.1(c), shall mean February 24, 2004.
