EXTENSION OF THE SEASON. Concessionaire may request to extend the Period of Operation either prior to the Saturday before Memorial Day and/or after Labor Day. All requests shall be submitted to both the Office of Leases & Concessions and the Area Superintendent, in writing, at the addresses set forth in Subparagraph 5(B) and Paragraph 49, respectively, fifteen (15) calendar days in advance of the proposed implementation.
