Extension Fee definition

Extension Fee means the fee payable to the Trustee on each occasion the Manager, upon a Participating Dealer’s request, grants the Participation Dealer an extended settlement in respect of a Creation Application or Redemption Application.
Extension Fee means, with respect to any Extended Lease, any payment required to be made by the Lessee in connection with the extension of such Lease.
Extension Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.08(d).

Extension Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Fee Letter.
