Extended Terms definition

Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

• All of the terms, covenants and provisions of this Agreement shall apply to each such Extended Term, except that Tenant shall have no right to extend the Term beyond the expiration of the Extended Terms.

Facility(ies): Any one or more of the Pool 1 Facilities, the Pool 2 Facilities, the Pool 3 Facilities and/or the Pool 4 Facilities (including, without limitation, all of them collectively), as the context requires.
