Extended Field definition

Extended Field means the use of the cardiovascular system as a delivery pathway for the treatment or diagnosis of a non-cardiovascular system or environment, excluding injection through or within the skin.
Extended Field has the meaning set out in Section 3.7(a).

  • If LICENSOR delivers a Licensor Election Notice then any Indication for which such Licensed Product is Developed shall automatically (without any requirement to amend this Agreement) be included in the LICENSOR Extended Field with respect to such Licensed Product, subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Corium retains the exclusive right under all Corium Technology to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale and import products in the Corium Core Field and the Corium Extended Field and to sublicense such rights.

  • If LICENSEE delivers a Licensee Election Notice then any Indication for which such Licensed Product is Developed or Commercialized shall automatically (without any requirement to amend this Agreement) be included in the Licensee Extended Field with respect to such Licensed Product, subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Upon receipt of Bioject's notice of intent to negotiate a license for the Licensed Technology and Improvements in the Extended Field, the parties shall negotiate in good faith the terms of such license within sixty (60) days.

  • AngioSense hereby grants to Bioject a royalty-bearing, exclusive worldwide license, with the right to sublicense, under such AngioSense Sole Inventions to develop, make, have made, use, import, distribute, and sell products in the Bioject Field but outside the Field and outside the licensed portions of the Extended Field.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Exclusive Field means the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any cancer in humans through the use of Engineered T-Cells, which shall exclude the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of medullary cystic kidney disease 1 regardless of whether such disease is characterized as a cancer.

  • Exclusivity Period means the period beginning on the date hereof and ending on the first to occur of (a) the date six (6) months after the date hereof and (b) the mutually agreed termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 6.01(b).

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • Fields of Use means UltraTemp, Ceris or Ceros technology for the transportation or appliance gas ignition markets.

  • Patent Term Extension means any term extensions, supplementary protection certificates and equivalents thereof offering Patent protection beyond the initial term with respect to any issued Patents.

  • Geographic Territory shall include any territory formally assigned to Employee as well as all territories in which Employee has provided any services, sold any products or otherwise had responsibility at any time during the eighteen (18) month period preceding Employee’s date of separation;

  • U.S. Territory means American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.

  • Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

  • Coverage territory means the United States of America (including its territories and possessions), Puerto Rico and Canada.

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • Commercializing means to engage in Commercialization and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.
