Extended Access definition

Extended Access the Permitted Acts set out in clause 8 of these Terms;
Extended Access means any dedicated network or facility supplied by an Other Supplier used to extend the reach of ACURUS Circuit.
Extended Access means any dedicated network or facility supplied by an Other Supplier used to extend the reach of our Circuit. Facility means ACURUS co-location facility specified in the Application for Service. Firewall means a service which allows a customer to specify rules (or policies) that determine which data traffic will be permitted (within the constraints of commercial security measures) to traverse between the Internet and the customer’s Internet access service.

  • Extended Access - We provide extended access services to our patients which means you can access medical services outside of our normal working hours.

Related to Extended Access

  • Controlled-access highway means every street or highway in respect to which owners or occupants of abutting lands and other persons have no legal right of access to or from the same except at such points only and in such manner as may be determined by the public authority having jurisdiction over such street or highway.

  • Switched Access Service means an offering of facilities for the purpose of the origination or termination of traffic from or to Exchange Service customer in a given area pursuant to a Switched Access tariff. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 800 Series, and 900 access. Switched Access does not include traffic exchanged between LECs for purpose of local exchange interconnection.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility Effective Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).

  • Restricted access area means a designated and secure area within a Licensed Premises in a Retail Marijuana Store where Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product are sold, possessed for sale, and displayed for sale, and where no one under the age of 21 is permitted.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c)(ii).

  • Extended Revolving Commitment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.19(a).

  • Open Access means the non-discriminatory provision for the use of transmission lines or distribution system or associated facilities with such lines or system by any licensee or consumer or a person engaged in generation in accordance with the regulations specified by the Appropriate Commission;

  • Incremental Commitment Agreement means each Incremental Commitment Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit F (appropriately completed, and with such modifications as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) executed and delivered in accordance with Section 2.14.

  • Non-Extended Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(d).

  • Increased Facility Activation Notice a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit G.

  • Landlord Access Agreement means a Landlord Access Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit G, or such other form as may reasonably be acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

  • Extended Revolving Commitments has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(2).

  • Replacement Revolving Commitments shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22.

  • Open Access Customer means a consumer permitted by the Commission to receive supply of electricity from a person, other than Distribution Licensee of his area of supply, and the expression includes a generating company and a Licensee, who has availed of or intends to avail of open access;

  • Limited access highway means a highway:

  • Limited access area means a building, room, or other contiguous area upon the Licensed Premises where Retail Marijuana is grown, cultivated, stored, weighed, packaged, sold, or processed for sale, under control of the Licensee.

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR 010-200-010.

  • Term Loan Extension Series has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).

  • Extended Commitment means the Commitments, the maturity of which shall have been extended pursuant to Section 2.25.

  • Initial Term Loan Lender means a Lender with an Initial Term Loan Commitment or an outstanding Initial Term Loan.

  • Incremental Commitment means any commitment made by a lender to provide all or any portion of any Incremental Facility or Incremental Loan.

  • approved facility means any private practice, hospital, clinic or other health facility in Namibia defined in section 1 of the Hospitals and Health Facilities Act, 1994 (Act No. 36 of 1994), approved by the Council for the purpose of the training of hearing aid acoustics interns, and “facility” has a corresponding meaning;

  • Additional Term Loan Commitment means any term commitment added pursuant to Sections 2.22, 2.23 and/or 9.02(c)(i).

  • Incremental Term Loan Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).

  • Initial Term Loan Facility means the Initial Term Loan Commitments and the provisions herein related to the Initial Term Loans.
