Express Purpose definition

Express Purpose means: (i) with respect to the Receiving Party or any of its Representatives, to perform or assist the Receiving Party to perform its obligations and exercise its rights under any of the Transaction Agreements, (ii) with respect to the Receiving Party or any of its Representatives, to perform or assist the Receiving Party to perform its obligations and exercise its rights under any of the Commercial Agreements and (iii) with respect to a sublicensee permitted under a Transaction Agreement or Commercial Agreement, to exercise its rights under such Transaction Agreement or Commercial Agreement.
Express Purpose means the Subcontractor performing the obligations under its subcontract agreement with the Contractor.
Express Purpose means the activities pursued under and in accordance with this MOU by the Parties.
