Export License definition

Export License means any and all licenses, authorizations, approvals or applications therefor relating to exports, reexports, temporary exports, temporary imports and imports, as the case may be, granted by or pending before the United States Department of Commerce, the United States Department of State or any other United States Governmental Authority.
Export License means any license, permit, or other authorization issued by a Governmental Authority, including but not limited to OFAC (as defined below), permitting the manufacture, export and/or sale of the Products hereunder.
Export License means the document issued by the GOM’s export license issuing authority, pursuant to Section VI of the Agreement.

Export License means any license required to be granted to the Customer or the Satellite Manufacturer, by the government of the country of manufacture of the Satellite and the country of any component thereof or any other asset necessary to the Project requiring an export license, approving the export of the Satellite and any such component or asset.
