Export Credit Agency definition

Export Credit Agency means any government agency or government owned entity, statutory body or government controlled body to which the Company or any of the Co-Proponents intend to apply for financial support, financial guarantees or finance to support the construction or development of any project proposal submitted for approval under this Agreement;
Export Credit Agency means an official non-Mexican financial institution for the promotion of exports registered in Book I (Libro I) Section 5 (Sección 5) of the Foreign Banks, Financial Entities, Pension and Retirement Funds and Investment Funds Registry (Registro de Bancos, Entidades de Financiamiento, Fondos de Pensiones y Jubilaciones y Fondos de Inversión del Extranjero) maintained by Hacienda for purposes of the Rule 3.21.2 of the Resolución Miscelánea Fiscal for the year 2006 and Article 196-II of the Mexican Income Tax Law (or any successor provision).

  • Supplier may wholly or partly transfer its rights under this Agreement (e.g. rights to receive payment and damages) to any third party, including, but not limited to, the Swedish Export Credit Agency.

Export Credit Agency. SIMEST" or any "Italian Authority", shall be construed so as to include its successors in title, permitted assigns and permitted transferees to, or of, its rights and/or obligations under the Finance Documents and/or the relevant Italian Support Document;
