Export Contract definition

Export Contract means and includes a Purchase Order, a contract or agreement for export of goods entered into between a Client and a Approved Debtor/ Debtor and excludes contracts for export of commodities which have been specifically excluded under the cover as set out in Schedule of Particulars. ;
Export Contract means any purchase agreement, purchase order, invoice or similar arrangement or document evidencing any Export.
Export Contract means any contract between the Borrower as seller and a Trader as purchaser for the export and sale of Products.
