Export Authorizations definition

Export Authorizations as defined in Section 2.1;
Export Authorizations means all licenses, Permits, certifications, or other approvals relating to export controls issued by a Governmental Authority authorizing the export, reexport, or transfer of items, software, technology, technical data or services.

  • Governmental Authorizations means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of any Governmental Entity or pursuant to any Legal Requirement.
