Explosive Compounds definition

Explosive Compounds means those compounds listed in Table III-1.
Explosive Compounds means the following chemicals: 2-Amino-4,6- Dinitrotoluene (2-Am-DNT); 4-Amino-2,6-Dinitrotoluene (4-Am-DNT); 2,4-Diamino-6- Nitrotoluene (2,4-DANT); 2,6-Diamino-4-Nitrotoluene (2,6-DANT); 3,5-Dinitroaniline (3,5- DNA); Octahydro-1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocine (HMX); 2-Nitrotoluene (2-NT); 3- Nitrotoluene (3 NT); 4-Nitrotoluene (4-NT); Pentaerythritol tetranitrate (PETN); Hexahydro- 1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine (RDX or Cyclonite); Triaminotrinitrobenzene (TATB); Tris (o- cresyl) phosphate (TCP); Methyl-2,4,6-trinitrophenylnitramine (Tetryl); 2,4,6-Trinitrotoluene (TNT).

  • This Consent Order is also issued under Section 74-9- 36(D) of New Mexico’s Solid Waste Act (SWA) and 20.9.9.14 NMAC, for the limited purpose of addressing the corrective action activities, including requirements, concerning groundwater contaminants listed at 20.6.2.3103 New Mexico Administrative Code (NMAC), toxic pollutants listed at 20.6.2.7.WW NMAC, and Explosive Compounds as defined herein.

  • Metal cans are preferable; do not store ethers in ground glass- stoppered bottles.Do not store peroxide forming chemicals in non-explosion proof refrigerators.Additional information for Highly Reactive Potentially Explosive Compounds is provided in APPENDIX N of this Guide.

Related to Explosive Compounds

  • Compounds means a small molecule HMT inhibitor.

  • Explosive material means any chemical compound, mixture, or device which produces a substantial instantaneous release of gas and heat spontaneously or by contact with sparks or flame.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • Biological Samples means any physical samples obtained from Study Participants in accordance with the Protocol for the purposes of the Study.

  • Biological agent shall mean any pathogenic (disease producing) micro-organism(s) and/or biologically produced toxin(s) (including genetically modified organisms and chemically synthesized toxins) which cause illness and/or death in humans, animals or plants.

  • Radionuclide means a radioactive element or a radioactive isotope.

  • Compound means the taking of two or more ingredients and fabricating them into a single

  • Licensed Compound means (a) 3,4-Diaminopyridine, the chemical structure of which is set forth on Exhibit B-2; and (b) any derivatives, isomers, metabolites, prodrugs, acid forms, base forms, salt forms, or modified versions of such compound in (a).

  • Explosives (1) means solid, liquid or gaseous substances or mixtures of substances which, in their application as primary, booster, or main charges in warheads, demolition and other applications, are required to detonate.

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.

  • Explosive means a chemical compound, device, or mixture:

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Flammable means a chemical that falls into one of the following categories:

  • Lead Compound means any compound of lead other than galena which, when treated in the manner described below, yields to an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid a quantity soluble lead compound exceeding, when calculated as lead monoxide, five percent of the dry weight of the portion taken analysis.

  • Polystyrene foam adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond polystyrene foam to substrates.

  • Radioactive material means any solid, liquid, or gas which emits radiation spontaneously.

  • Hydrofluorocarbons means compounds that only contain hydrogen, fluorine, and carbon.

  • Antibody means a molecule or a gene encoding such a molecule comprising or containing one or more immunoglobulin variable domains or parts of such domains or any existing or future fragments, variants, modifications or derivatives thereof.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Substances means chemical elements and their compounds in the natural state or obtained by any production process, including any additive necessary to preserve the stability of the products and any impurity deriving from the process used, but excluding any solvent which may be separated without affecting the stability of the substance or changing its composition;

  • Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.

  • genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

  • Byproduct material means any radioactive material (except Special Nuclear Material) yielded in, or made radioactive by, exposure to the radiation incident to the process of producing or utilizing Special Nuclear Material.

  • Corrosive means any substance that when it comes in contact

  • Carcinogen means a chemical that causes an increased incidence of benign or malignant neoplasms, or a substantial decrease in the latency period between exposure and onset of neoplasms through oral or dermal exposure, or through inhalation exposure when the cancer occurs at nonrespiratory sites in at least one (1) mammalian species or man through epidemiological studies or clinical studies, or both.

  • Radioactive Products or Waste means any radioactive material produced in, or any material made radioactive by exposure to the radiation incidental to the production or utilization of nuclear fuel, but does not include radioisotopes which have reached the final stage of fabrication so as to be usable for any scientific, medical, agricultural, commercial or industrial purpose.
