Expiry Time definition

Expiry Time means 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on the Expiry Date;
Expiry Time means the time the Option expires on the Expiry Date, which is 5:00 p.m. local time in Vancouver, British Columbia on the Expiry Date.
Expiry Time has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1(a);

Examples of Expiry Time in a sentence

  • Subject to the provisions hereof, each Registered Warrantholder may exercise the right conferred on such holder to subscribe for and purchase one Common Share for each Warrant at any time after June 15, 2018 [45 days after the Issue Date] prior to the Expiry Time and in accordance with the conditions herein.

  • Immediately after the Expiry Time, all rights under any Warrant in respect of which the right of acquisition provided for herein shall not have been exercised shall cease and terminate and each Warrant shall be void and of no further force or effect.
