Expiration Period definition

Expiration Period. The period from and excluding the Trade Date to and including the Expiration Date. Expiration Date: The earliest of (i) the maturity date of the Reference Notes, (ii) the first day on which none of such Reference Notes remain outstanding, whether by virtue of conversion, issuer repurchase or otherwise and (iii) the occurrence of an Additional Termination Event and designation of an Early Termination Date hereunder in respect of the termination of the Transaction in whole but not in part.
