Expert Fee definition

Expert Fee means the financial compensation payable to Experts.
Expert Fee means the fee payable to the Expert as set out in Clause 5.3 (Fees and Costs).
Expert Fee means all fees, costs and expenses owing to such expert appointed by the applicable Seller(s) to appraise the Going Concern in connection with the consummation of the Euro Cormar Separation.

  • If both Parties as well as the Expert agree to the suggested hourly rate, this hourly rate shall be fixed and recorded as the Expert Fee in the Mandate Agreement.4.3 The Expert shall be entitled to charge a surcharge of ten percent (10%) on the Expert Fee for expenses and overhead.

Related to Expert Fee

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Professional Fee Amount means the aggregate amount of Professional Fee Claims and other unpaid fees and expenses that Professionals estimate they have incurred or will incur in rendering services to the Debtors prior to and as of the Confirmation Date, which estimates Professionals shall deliver to the Debtors as set forth in Article II.B of the Plan.
