Expert Advice definition

Expert Advice means the provision of veterinary advice from an individual who meets the requirements defined in this Annex for Lot 2.
Expert Advice means, in relation to a matter, any advice, opinion or recommendation which is tendered by a person on the basis of that person’s qualifications and experience relating to that matter.

  • Independent professional advice means advice of an attorney, certified public accountant, actuary, or other licensed professional adviser.

  • Informed choice means that the consumer is presented with complete and unbiased information on his or her long-term care options, including, but not limited to, the benefits, shortcomings, and potential consequences of those options, upon which he or she can base his or her decision.

  • Independent Adviser means an independent financial institution of international repute or an independent financial adviser with appropriate expertise appointed by the Issuer under Condition 5(j)(i).

  • Health profession ’ means allopathic medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, geriatric medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, podiatric medicine, nursing, public health nursing, dentistry, psychiatry, osteopathy, optometry, pharmacy, psychology, public health, social work, marriage and family therapy, chiropractic medicine, environmental health and engineering, and allied health profession, or any other health profession.

  • Health professional means an individual licensed or otherwise authorized to engage in a health profession under article 15 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.16101 to 333.18838, and whose scope of practice includes the diagnosis and treatment of individuals with a substance use disorder.
