Expense Loss definition

Expense Loss means a loss realized upon payment by the Trust of an Additional Trust Expense.
Expense Loss means a loss realized upon payment by the Trust of an Additional Trust Expense that was not otherwise subject to a Servicing Advance or was the subject of a determination that such Servicing Advance, if made, would be nonrecoverable.

A “Cram Down Loss” will be deemed to have occurred on the date of issuance of such court’s order.

  • Excess Loss The amount of any (i) Fraud Loss realized after the Fraud Loss Coverage Termination Date, (ii) Special Hazard Loss realized after the Special Hazard Coverage Termination Date or (iii) Bankruptcy Loss realized after the Bankruptcy Coverage Termination Date.

  • Indemnifiable Loss means, with respect to any Person, any action, claim, cost, damage, deficiency, diminution in value, disbursement, expense, liability, loss, obligation, penalty, settlement, suit, or tax of any kind or nature, together with all interest, penalties, legal, accounting and other professional fees and expenses reasonably incurred in the investigation, collection, prosecution and defense of claims and amounts paid in settlement, that may be imposed on or otherwise incurred or suffered by such Person, whether directly or indirectly.

  • Data Loss Event means any event that results, or may result, in unauthorised access to Personal Data held by the Supplier under this Agreement, and/or actual or potential loss and/or destruction of Personal Data in breach of this Agreement, including any Personal Data Breach.

  • Fraud Loss Coverage Amount As of the Closing Date, $2,500,000, subject to reduction from time to time, by the amount of Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates. In addition, on each anniversary of the Cut-off Date, the Fraud Loss Coverage Amount will be reduced as follows: (a) on the first, second, third and fourth anniversaries of the Cut-off Date, to an amount equal to the lesser of (i) 1.00% of the then current Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in the case of the first and second anniversaries and 0.50% of the then-current Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in the case of the third and fourth such anniversaries and (ii) the excess of the Fraud Loss Coverage Amount as of the preceding anniversary of the Cut-off Date over the cumulative amount of Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates since such preceding anniversary; and (b) on the fifth anniversary of the Cut-off Date, to zero.

  • Restructuring Loss means the loss on a modified or restructured loan measured by the difference between (a) the principal, Accrued Interest, tax and insurance advances, third party or other fees due on a loan prior to the modification or restructuring, and

  • Net Termination Loss means, for any taxable year, the sum, if negative, of all items of income, gain, loss or deduction recognized by the Partnership after the Liquidation Date. The items included in the determination of Net Termination Loss shall be determined in accordance with Section 5.5(b) and shall not include any items of income, gain or loss specially allocated under Section 6.1(d).
