Expense Documentation definition

Expense Documentation means complete, accurate itemized invoices, receipts for services or benefits, and management fees, and other appropriate supporting documentation.
Expense Documentation means itemized invoices, receipts for services or benefits, documentation of additional personnel expenses and programs, including training program and monthly reports which County will provide of their activities which address the tasks set out in the specific District Conservation Programs.

Examples of Expense Documentation in a sentence

  • All Expense Documentation must be submitted to the Mayor’s Office within sixty (60) days after attendance/participation at the applicable MYTEP training and/or exercise in order to be eligible for reimbursement with Grant Funds.

  • All such Expense Documentation shall satisfy applicable Federal, State and City audit and review standards and requirements, shall be prepared at the sole expense and responsibility of Subrecipient, and shall be subject to examination pursuant to the provisions set forth in Section 415.R. herein.

  • After District has approved the Proposed County Programs, it shall be attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.” County may request an advance of Conservation Funding through the District that covers actual costs incurred after January 1, 2022 with the Expense Documentation for reimbursement of up to twelve percent (12%) of their “Not to Exceed” Amount, whichever is larger.

  • No Expense Documentation is required to receive the advance; however, County must repay the District for any amount of the advance and/or reimbursements for which County has not submitted Expense Documentation for Eligible Conservation Expenditures to the District on or before December 31, 2022.

  • City understands and acknowledges that all Expense Documentation must be submitted to County on a rolling monthly basis before October 31, 2020.

  • After County has approved the Proposed City Programs, City may request an advance of CRF Funding through the Xxxxxx County Auditor that covers actual costs incurred from on after March 1, 2020 with the Expense Documentation for reimbursement or up to 20% of their Not to Exceed Amount, whichever is larger.

Related to Expense Documentation

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.

  • Product Documentation means the specific materials listed under “Product Documentation” at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, as updated by Vocera from time to time.

  • User Documentation means that documentation regarding the operation, guidelines and features and functionality of Clover Insights that is made available to you from time to time at the website, by internet link or otherwise. User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).

  • Supporting Documentation means the documents listed in Schedule A of this Certificate which forms part of this

  • Service documentation means all records and information on one or more documents, including documents that may be created or maintained in electronic software programs, created and maintained contemporaneously with the delivery of services, and kept in a manner as to fully disclose the nature and extent of services delivered that shall include the items delineated in paragraph (E) of this rule to validate payment for medicaid services.

  • Software Documentation means software information, being technical information used, or useful in, or relating to the design, development, use or maintenance of any version of a software programme.

  • Acquisition Documentation collectively, the Acquisition Agreement and all schedules, exhibits and annexes thereto and all side letters and agreements affecting the terms thereof or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Account Documentation means any and all Account information, credit applications, Cardholder Agreements and change in terms notices, Charge Transaction Data, charge slips, credit slips, payments, credit information and documents or forms of any type and in any media relating to the Program, excluding materials used for advertising or solicitations.

  • Expense Agreement means the Agreement as to Expenses and Liabilities between the Depositor and the Trust, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit D, as amended from time to time.

  • ISM Code Documentation includes, in respect of a Ship:

  • Construction Services Agreement means this Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.

  • Construction Management Agreement means the Construction Management Agreement, dated as of the date of the Common Agreement, between Construction Manager and the Project Company.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • Connection Agreement means an agreement entered into between a distributor and a person connected to its distribution system that delineates the conditions of the connection and delivery of electricity to or from that connection;

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.
